摘要
针对设计中"以人为本"被狭隘地理解为"以用户为中心"的现象,提出设计的"相关者"也应是人本设计关注的对象之一,并分析了相关者与设计物经由资源共享、直接接触、能量与信息传递发生关系的形式与其所受的影响,进而提出以人为本的设计在处理相关者与用户关系时由低至高的一般性原则:避免侵害、平等对待以及追求共赢。
It presented the view that the ＂stakeholders＂ of the design also should be one of the factors concerned in human-oriented design,for the ＂human oriented＂ was narrowly interpreted as ＂user-centered＂.Then it analyzed the form that stakeholders were related with the designed objects by means of resource sharing,direct contact,energy and information transmission,and the impact they have suffered.At last it brought forward the basic principles of dealing with the relationship between the stakeholders and the designed objects in ＂human oriented＂ design from low to high： avoiding infringement,equality of treatment and win-win.
