摘要
对虚拟振动测试系统的结构和工作原理进行了简要叙述。以锤片式粉碎机转子振动测试为例,采用NI公司的虚拟仪器开发平台LabVIEW开发设计虚拟振动测试系统。振动测试系统主要包括数据采集与信号分析与处理两个模块,能够实现锤片式粉碎机转子振动信号的实时采集、在线分析与处理,具有一定的工程应用价值。
The structure and basic principles of the virtual vibration test system were briefly introduced.Taking the vibration test of hammer mill's rotor as example,a set of virtual vibration test system was designed based on the devloping platform named Lab VIEW.The mentioned vibration test system mainly includes two parts,and can be used to carry out the real-time data acquisition and on-line analysis of the vibration signal of hammer mill's rotor.It's significant to develop the virtual vibration test system of hammer mill's rotor.
