摘要
提出了一种基于PLC和HMI控制的自动婴儿摇篮床技术。该技术将工业自动化控制的思路引入生活用品,功能上集成自动摇摆、频率幅度调节、舒缓音乐播放、温度实时显示、自动降温、尿湿报警、啼哭检测、越界报警、触摸屏操作等。经测试分析表明,样机具有良好的系统安全性和使用便捷性,市场推广前景良好。
An automatic infant cradle technique based on PLC and HMI control is put forward.With the introduction of the autocontrol idea from industry,this technique improves a common cradle to an integrated system including functions such as automatic swinging with adjustable frequency and amplitude,cradlesong playing,real time temperature displaying,automatic cooling,bed-wetting alarm,cry detecting,cross-border alarm,and touch panel operating.It has been proven by test and analysis that this prototype has an advanced safety,facility,and a decent market potential.
