模糊PID控制在组合积分系统中的应用

摘要 组合积分系统是在钢铁,石化,谷物加工,烟草及采矿等工业中广泛存在一类新型的过程系统。组合积分系统在本质上是开环稳定的,并可通过将时滞项用一阶Pade近似而将其近似为一阶对象。目前大多数组合积分对象被视作一阶时滞对象采用通常的控制策略,如:PID控制算法,Smith预估算法或内模控制算法。随着现代工业的快速发展,产品质量,能源消耗和环境保护问题对控制精度提出了更高的要求。传统的控制已逐渐不适用于组合积分对象的控制,因此需要新的控制策略和方法已指导控制系统的设计,调节和运行。本文在参考大量资料的情况下,研究模糊PID控制在组合积分系统中的应用,以达到对组合积分系统的更好控制。 Combined integrating system is a combination of iron and steel,petrochemical,grain processing,tobacco and mining and other industries there is a wide range of new type of process systems.Combined integrating system is essentially open-loop stable,and may delay entry by using a first-order Pade approximation which is approximately an order of its objects.Most combined integrating system the object is regarded as a first-order time-delay with the usual control strategies,such as:PID control algorithm,Smith predicted algorithm or internal model control algorithm.With the rapid development of modern industry,product quality,energy consumption and environmental issues higher on the control precision of proposed requirements.The traditional control has gradually been the object does not apply to combinations of control points,so the need for new control strategies and methods have guided the design of control systems,regulation and operations.In this paper,reference to the case of large amounts of data to study the combination of fuzzy PID control in the application of combined integrating system to achieve the right combination of integral system easier to control.
