摘要
为实现对开顶式气室OTC中CO2浓度的实时采集和自动控制,设计了一种基于无线信息采集的CO2浓度自动控制系统。该系统以STC12C5A32高速型单片机作为控制中心,以星形网络作为系统拓朴结构,以数字式红外CO2传感器模块C20作为OTC室内CO2浓度检测装置。利用射频通讯模块nRF2401的半双工收发方式实现气室内CO2浓度数据的实时无线传输。下位机软件采用C51语言编写,实现了网络通信、CO2浓度实时采集和实时控制,基于Visual Basic6.0开发的上位机软件实现了数据的自动存储。
A wireless-CO2-control system was developed in order to acquire and control the CO2 concentration in the open top chamber.The system employed a high speed single-chip STC12C5A32 unit as the control center,a star network as the topology,and the digital infrared sensor module C20 as the CO2 concentration detection device in OTC.The half-duplex method of the RF communication module nRF2401 was used to realize the real-time wireless transmission of CO2 concentration data.The lower software was programmed with C51 language to achieve the network communication,CO2 concentration in real-time acquisition and real-time control,the upper software,developed by Visual Basic6.0 software,realized the automatic storage of data.
