摘要
弧面分度凸轮机构是性能最为优良的分度机构之一,具有运行速度高、振动噪声小等优点。本文对弧面分度凸轮机构的工作原理、运动和受力情况进行了分析,采用单边接触模型研究了凸轮表面与滚子之间的分离-接触关系,利用多体动力学软件建立了该机构的动力学模型,并对其运动学、动力学情况进行了模拟仿真。该工作对于了解弧面分度凸轮机构的性能和指导该分度机构的设计提供了帮助。
Roller gear indexing cam mechanism is one of the highest performance indexers.It has the advantages of high speed,low vibration and low noise.Kinematic and dynamics of this mechanism are analyzed and unilaterial contact model and Hertz theory are applied to describe the relationship between indexing cam and rollers.By using multibody software ADAMS,dynamic model of roller gear cam mechanism is developed and the motion simulations are obtained.This work is helpful for design of this mechanism.
