摘要
设计并实现了一种新的嵌入式智能视频监控系统。该系统通过无线接入因特网方式实现远程监控,根据用户预先设定的一组"异常事件"智能的分析视频内容,并根据分析的结果自动报警并协调控制各设备的工作状态,使得视频监控系统更加有效。
The Design and Implementation of a new embedded intelligent video surveillance system are put forward in the paper.Thesystem is a remote surveillance based on wireless access technology.According to a set of ＂Abnormal Event＂ predefined by customer,it analyzes the content of video stream intelligently.For different result,alarm and the states of peripheral equipments will becontrolled automatically,which makes the video surveillance system more efficient.
