摘要
本系统设计了基于89C51的光纤熔融拉锥系统。本系统主要由运动控制模块和数据采集模块组成。运动控制模块用于驱动电机,使得电机运动更加稳定。数据采集模块用于采集光功率。同时为拉锥系统设计了具有良好运算精度应用软件,且从软件角度对机械之间的运动关系进行了互锁,避免了传统的机械碰撞等故障的发生。
The system of optical fiber fused is designed based on 89C51 including motion control module and data acquisition mod-ule. Motion control module is used to driver step-motors and make step-motors move more stably. Data acquisition module is usedto acquisition the light power. Meanwhile the application software of the system was designed to improve the arithmetic precision andavoid the occurrence of mechanical failure.
