摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜治疗妇科疾病常见并发症发生的原因及处理方法。方法分析2288例实施腹腔镜手术的患者中发生并发症的16例患者的临床资料,其中包括输尿管损伤5例、膀胱损伤5例、直肠损伤4例、血管损伤2例。比较其手术处理方式及效果。结果 16例发生并发症的患者中,1例行经腹膀胱修补术失败,8例腹腔镜手术和7例经腹或经阴修补术均成功。结论腹腔镜可以成为治疗妇科常见手术并发症的安全、可行的方法之一。
Objective To explore the reason and the treatment of complications in laparoscopic treatment of gynecological diseases. Methods To analysis the sixteen patients occurring complication of 2288 cases by therapeutic laparoscopy, including 5 cases ureter injury, 5 cases bladder injury, 4 cases rectal injury and 2 cases blood vessel injury,comparing the mode of operation and effect. Results one case of bladder injury failed by tradition way, 8 cases by therapeutic laparoscopy and 7 cases by tradition way or all succeeded. Conclusions It is a safe and feasible method to cure the complication ofgyndcological disease by laparoscopy.
