真空小梁成形术

摘要 真空小梁成形术(pneumatic trabeculoplasty,PNT)是近年来出现的一种降眼压措施,它通过在眼表角膜缘上放置吸引环,进行负压吸引,以调整和改善小梁网的结构和功能而增加房水外流。国内外的初期临床应用证实,PNT能安全、有效地降低原发性开角型青光眼和高眼压症患者的眼压,不会产生严重的不良反应,并且该方法具有无创、方便、可重复进行等特点。
