左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗子宫腺肌病38例疗效观察

Levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system in the treatment of adenomyosis

目的观察左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统(LNG-IUS)治疗子宫腺肌病的临床效果。方法对38例子宫腺肌病患者放置左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统后进行12个月的随访,分析放置LNG-IUS前后痛经症状、月经情况、子宫、卵巢体积和不良反应。结果 38例子宫腺肌病患者在放置左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统后痛经显著减轻(P<0.01),月经量显著减少(P<0.01),子宫内膜明显变薄(P<0.01),子宫体积有缩小趋势(但无统计学意义),卵巢体积无明显变化。结论左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统是治疗子宫腺肌病的一种较为有效且安全的方法。

Objective To evaluate the effect of levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system（LNG-IUS）on the adenomyosis.Methods 38 cases with adenomyosis were placed levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system.Dysmenorrhea,menstruation,uterine,ovarian volume and adverse reactions were observed and followed up for 12 months after the placing of LNG-IUS.Results After the placing of LNG-IUS,dysmenorrhea significantly reduced （P0.01） the period significantly decreased （P0.01）,endometrium was significantly thinner （P0.01）,uterine volume decreased with size （but no statistical significance）,ovarian volume was not changed in 38 cases with adenomyosis.Conclusion The levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system provides a more effective and safe method in the treatment of adenomyosis.
