摘要
应用理论分析和实验研究方法,对稳定土拌和机转子液压驱动系统及其动态扭矩进行了研究通过在实测的多种工况下,对液压马达进口压力的频谱进行分析和比较识别,确认了由马达至转子的轴上动态扭矩的构成。
By theoretical analysis and experimental study, the rotor hydraulic drive system and its axle dynamic moment for soil stabilizer are researched. According to the analysis on interrelation of entry pressure and the distinguishing of frequency spectrum of measured signal, the compositions of the dynamic moment of rotor axle is confirmed, which provides a basis to specify the load spectrum.
