摘要
研究了滑动速度、硬度匹配对4Cr9Si2-中CuCrMo摩擦副在300~500℃环境温度下磨损的影响滑动速度对磨损的影响与温度有关不同温度下摩擦副的硬度匹配有一最佳值。
The effects of slide velocity and hardness match on the wear is studied using CuCrMo 4Cr9Si2 friction pair within 300℃ to 500℃. Tests show that the effect of slide velocity on wear is related to environmental temperature, and the hardness match of friction pair exists a best value, i.e. the hardness of CuCrMo is slightly lower than that of 4Cr9Si2
