摘要
在1500℃,感应炉熔炼的铸铁中吹入氧气和二氧化碳气,在铁液中氮含量为0.017%的条件下,能有效脱氮,分别在5min和20min内使氮含量下降到0.004%.
At 1500℃, oxygen and carbon dioxide were blowed to the liquid cast iron in the induction furnance while melting. Under the condition of 0.017 wt percent of the initial nitrogen concentration, the nitrogen from liquid cast iron can be decreased efficiently and the final nitrogen concentrations are 0.004 wt percent respectively after five minutes when blowing oxygen, and twenty minutes later, blowing carbon dioxide to be performed.
