摘要
通过对燃料熔铅炉的热平衡分析计算,了解燃料的利用情况,为生产工艺和节能提供参考数据。建议适当控制烟气温度和熔化炉冷却水用量,利用烟气的余热来节约燃料。
The fuel consumption and use are got to know through calculation of thermodynamic equilibrium happened to the fuel lead-melting furnace and the analysis in question. As a result, data for reference are offered to the production technique and energy-saving. The paper suggests that suitable control of smoke and gas temperature, and cooling water amount being used by the furnace as well, could save fuel energy with lost heat discharged from smoke.
