摘要
传统的空气动力料仓清堵安全装置有易犯卡、动作失灵等弊病,且对于附着性很强、流动性很差的物料难以达到彻底清理的效果,噪声大、使用寿命短。对料仓堵塞机理进行了全面的分析和研究后,提出了清堵的关键技术要点。开发应用了新型的空气动力料仓清堵安全装置,使清堵更加安全、节能和环保。
The traditional aerodynamic devices of removing obstacles for charging hopper have a lot of shortcomings, such as been blocked and out of order, so it can' t clean the adhesive & no - fluid materials, with much noises and short service age. With a comprehensive analysis and study on the plugging mechanism, a key technical to deal with plugging is proposed, and a new type of air - powered device to clean hopper is develop and applied. Compared to the old one,the machine is more effective, safe,energy-saving and environmental protection.
