摘要
资本经营是通过生产要素的优化配置，达到资本增值最大化的目的的企业行为，是国有企业实现存量资产增值的有效手段。文章分析了国有企业实行资本经营的必要性。
Capital management is an enterprise act aimed at the maximum increase in
capital by means of optimization of productive elements as well as an effective means for
state-owned enterprise to realize capital appreciation of stock. This article analyses necessities
for state-owned enterprises to exercise capital management. It also gwes ideas for capital
management and deals with problems that should be noticed in the practice.
