就业、下岗、失业、再就业是当今中国人的难题和热点话题。从不同方面分析职工下岗、失业的原因，认为它是社会综合症的反映。对此，提出实现就业。

Employment, lay-off, unemployment and reemployment are difficult problems and hot topics in present China. The article analyses causes leading to workers' being laid off and out of job, considering it the reflection of a social syndrome and suggests ideas for employment and reemployment.
