氨氯地平加二甲双胍治疗肥胖高血压病人临床分析

Clinical analysis of amlodipine plus metformin on treating obesity-related hypertension

目的:观察氨氯地平加二甲双胍对肥胖高血压病人的疗效。方法:肥胖高血压病人50例为观察组,采用氨氯地平加二甲双胍治疗;对照组50例采用氨氯地平治疗。两组均不使用其他对血压有影响的药物,分析治疗前后两组收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(PBG)、空腹胰岛素(HINS)、餐后2h胰岛素(PINS)水平,计算胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)和胰岛素抵抗指数(IR)。结果:两组SBP和DBP均有明显下降(P<0.05),观察组SBP和DBP降低幅度均大于对照组(P<0.05);两组FBG、PBG、HINS和PINS均明显降低(P<0.05);ISI均升高(P<0.05),IR均下降(P<0.05),观察组ISI升高和IR下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:氨氯地平合用二甲双胍治疗肥胖高血压病人的疗效优于单独用氨氯地平治疗的疗效。

Objective：To analyse the curative effects of amlodipine plus metformin on treating obesity-related hypertension.Methods：50 patients with obesity-related hypertension as the observation group were given the medication treatment of amlodipine plus metformin;the other 50 patients as control group received amlodipine treatment.The two groups did not use the drugs affecting the blood pressure.The levels of systolic blood pressure（SBP）,diastolic blood pressure（DBP）,fasting blood glucose（FBG）,postprandial 2h blood glucose（PBG）,fasting insulin（FINS）,postprandial 2h insulin（PINS）were detected and analyzed before and after treatment in the two groups.The insulin sensitive index（ISI）and insulin resistance index（IR）were calculated.Results：SBP and DBP in the two groups had obvious decrease（P=0.05）,but the decreasing amplitude of SBP and DBP in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.FBG,PBG,HINS and PINS were significantly reduced（P〈0.05）.ISI was elevated（P〈0.05）and IR was decreased（P 0.05）,but their increasing amplitude of ISI and the decreasing amplitude of IR in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Amlodipine plus metformin is superior to single amlodipine in the curative effects.
