Surgery cooperation of 100 patients in laparoscopic retroperitoneal ureterolithotomy

目的:探讨腹膜后腹腔镜下输尿管切开取石术的护理方法及配合特点。方法:对100例行腹膜后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术患者的护理要点进行总结。结果:100例患者均顺利完成手术,无手术及术后并发症。结论:腹膜后腹腔镜下输尿管切开取石术技术上可行,良好的术前准备及术中的护理配合是手术顺利进行的重要保证。

Objective：To explore the nursing methods and cooperation characteristics in laparoscopic retroperitoneal ureterolithotomy.Methods：The main points in nursing 100 patients with ureteral calculi performed laparoscopic retroperitoneal ureterolithotomy were summarized.Results：100 cases were smoothly completed operation without intraoperative and postoperative complications.Conclusion：Laparoscopic retroperitoneal ureterolithotomy is feasible in technique,better preoperative preparation and nursing cooperation are the key to successful operation.
