乡镇卫生院护士急救知识技能掌握情况的现状调查

Survey on grasping situation of emergency knowledge and technical ability among nurses of small town health center

目的:了解乡镇卫生院护士掌握急救知识、技能现状,探讨其影响因素。方法:采用问卷调查法对我县六所乡镇中心卫生院护士进行问卷调查,统计处理用Excel和SAS软件进行分析,计量资料用t检验和方差分析。结果:乡镇卫生院护士的平均知识得分为(63.34±10.28)分,不同工龄、职称、学历得分差别不显著。结论:乡镇卫生院护士急救知识技能明显滞后,其全面素质有待提高,护士再教育应引起高度重视,应充分发挥高年资护士和骨干护士的传帮带作用,逐步提高护士的整体素质。

Objective：To investigate the grasping situation of emergency knowledge and technical ability among nurses in small town health centers,and to analyze the effective factors.Methods：The questionnaire was conducted among nurses from 6 town health centers in Bishan county,using Excel and SAS for statistical analysis.Results：The mean score of knowledge among nurses was 63.34± 10.28.The stepwise regression analysis indicated that the factors including the service years,professional title and academic career did not influence the knowledge acquisition.Conclusion：The emergency knowledge acquisition and technical ability among the nurses were obviously hysteretic.Their overall quality needs to be raised,and re-education should be paid more attention to,and the veteran and backbone nurses should fully play the role of passing on experience to improve their whole diathesis gradually.
