高频电波刀治疗宫颈疾病103例临床分析

摘要 使用高频电波刀（LEEP）手术治疗宫颈疾病的效果已得到广大学者的认可，现报道如下。 1资料与方法 1．1一般资料：分析2006年3月～2009年3月在我院妇科门诊就诊．经妇科检查、巴氏涂片或TBS检查、阴道镜检查及宫颈活检初步诊断为各种宫颈疾病103例。诊断标准参照7版乐杰主编的《妇产科》。采用LEEP环形电极电切术、球形电极电熨术治疗，其中中重度宫颈糜烂46例、宫颈息肉21例、
