从中国当前旅游市场的结构性变化入手,指出饭店业必须适应这种变化走资本经营和集团化的道路。
Based on the structural change of current tourist market in China, this paper points out that hotel industry must be adapted to this change, to practice capital management and collectivization. It also analyzes briefly the dialectical relationship between capital management and collectivization.
