“灵麻固本平喘汤”对哮喘患儿外周血细胞因子和免疫球蛋白E水平的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究灵麻固本平喘汤对慢性反复发作的哮喘患儿外周血细胞因子和免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平的影响及其临床意义。方法:治疗组哮喘患儿33例,予灵麻固本平喘汤口服,30d为1个疗程;另设正常对照组28例,均为健康小儿。检测健康小儿和治疗组患儿治疗前后外周血的白细胞介素4(IL-4)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、干扰素γ(IFN-γ)和IgE水平。结果:治疗组治疗后IL-4、TNF-α、IgE下降,IFN-γ上升,与治疗前比较均有显著差异,但仍明显低于正常对照组。结论:灵麻固本平喘汤对哮喘患儿IL-4、TNF-α、IFN-γ和IgE有较好的调节作用。
