摘要
综述了Ge-132的生物学作用研究的新进展。包括:1.免疫调节作用,可增强强的松增高血浆超氧化物清除活性;抗癌抗艾滋病活性,能有效地缓解晚期癌症疼痛。2.对60Co照射白细胞生成超氧化物有保护作用,可刺激白细胞的基础Q释放,防止oCo照射白细胞Q生成减少,在高浓度时具有膜稳定作用。3.防止白内障的发生。4.对抗白血病细胞的细胞毒作用。5.活化神经作用,有利于中风瘫患者的恢复。
A review with 12 referrences is given on the biological actions of Ge - 132. Firstly, acting as an immunomodulator, Ce - 132 can promote prednisolone effects of superoxide scavenging activity of plas- ma in patients with immune disorders. It is efficient in treating and preventing AIDS and cancers. Ge- 132 also proves effective in relieving pain of terminal cancer patients.Secondly,Ge - 132 can stimulate the basal O2 released from leukocytes, prevent the decrease of O2- generation by 60Co - irradiated leuko- cytes and have a membrane stabilizing effect in higher concentration. Thirdly,Ge - 132 can delay sugar cataract formation.Forthly, it has the cytotoxic activity against P 388/DOX cells. And moreover, Ge- 132 injection will have the effectiveness to nerve function,so it is very userful for the rehabillitation of hemiplegia.
