基于过程集成的钢铁企业质量管理研究

Research of Iron and Steel Enterprise Quality Management System Based on the Process Integration

面向功能的质量管理系统,是一种传统的管理模式,其主要缺陷是流程控制能力的不足。针对这一课题,顺应质量管理发展的趋势,结合钢铁企业质量管理中的问题,从供应链的角度出发,以采购过程、质量设计过程、质量控制过程、面向顾客的服务过程为研究对象,提出了基于过程集成的质量管理系统的体系结构,研究了由ERP/MES/CONTROL三层构筑的企业集成框架,分析了钢铁企业产品实现过程质量管理的功能模型,并在此基础上提出了集成质量管理系统研究的关键技术,研究了钢铁企业过程质量管理中的质量设计方法与技术。

Function-oriented quality management system is a traditional management model,its main flaw is the lack of process control.Aiming at this issue,writers follow the trend of development of quality management,combined with quality management in the iron and steel enterprise,from supply chain point of view,the procurement.As researching object the quality of the design,quality control processes,customer service oriented,writers put forward quality management system architecture for based on the process of integration,researched by the ERP /MES /PLM three-tier framework to build enterprise integration,analysed the products of iron and steel enterprise to achieve the functions model of the process quality management based on this proposed integration.
