西部欠发达地区产业转移承接力的评价与培育——以陕南三市为例

On Appraising and Fostering of Industry Transfer Accepting Ability in the Western Undeveloped Region——Taking southern Shaanxi as an example

承接产业转移是经济欠发达地区发展工业经济的重要举措,而产业承接能力是产业转移的实施条件之一。以陕南产业转移承接力为例,基于层次分析法和比较分析法,目前陕南三市承接国内产业转移现状不尽人意,与三市产业承接力呈正相关关系。因此,陕南三市必须从提升产业吸引力、产业选择力、产业支撑力和产业发展力四方面采取措施培育其产业承接力。

Accepting industry transfer is a important measure to develop industry economy for underdeveloped areas,but the industry accepting ability is one of the conditions to implement it.In this paper,through an example of southern Shaanxi,we study how to appraise industry transfer accepting ability by analytic hierarchy process（AHP）.Research shows that the current situation of accepting industry transfer is too bad due to its low industry accepting ability in the southern Shaanxi.Therefore,in order to foster of industry transfer accepting ability,they must promote its attraction ability,selection ability,admitting ability and development ability.
