摘要
本文用苯甲酰氯和苯基异氰酸酯修饰葡聚糖得到两种手性选择体,再将其涂敷于氨丙基硅胶表面,得到相应的手性固定相。研究并比较了这两种手性固定相在正相模式下的分离能力以及温度对手性分离的影响。
Dextran was functionalized with phenyl isocyanate and benozyl chloride,respectively,to afford two different chiral selectors.The selectors were individually coated on aminated silica gel to obtain the corresponding chiral stationary phases.The CSP prepared from dextran and benzoyl chloride shows the better enantioseparation ability.In addition,the influence of temperature on the enantioseparation was also investigated.
