溴甲酚绿与美罗培南体系的共振瑞利散射光谱研究及应用

摘要 在pH=1.9的柠檬酸钠-盐酸缓冲介质中,溴甲酚绿与美罗培南发生缔合,体系共振瑞利散射强度有明显增强,表面活性剂聚乙烯醇-124使散射光谱强度显著增加。考察了适宜的反应条件及共存物质的影响,建立了一种共振瑞利散射光谱测定美罗培南的新方法。体系最大共振瑞利散射峰在572nm处,且强度与美罗培南的浓度呈良好线性关系,线性范围为0.01~14μg/mL,检出限为1.46×10-2μg/mL。方法用于血浆中美罗培南的测定,结果令人满意。 A new method for the determination of Meropenem(MEPM)was developed.It was based on the enhancement of the intensity of Resonance Rayleigh Scattering(RRS)resulted from an ion-association complex formed between meropenem(MEPM)and bromocresol green(BCG)in citrate-hydrochloric acid buffer medium.And the RRS intensity was enhanced significantly by PVA-124.The maximum RRS peak was at 572 nm and the RRS intensity was directly proportional to the concentration of Meropenem in the range of 0.01~14 μg/mL with a detection limit of 1.46×10-2 μg/mL.The method has been applied for the determination of meropenemin in plasma with satisfactory results.
