糖尿病患者血清中5种元素分析 被引量:3

摘要 用原子吸收分光光度法对84例糖尿病患者及50例健康人的血清中微量元素锌、铜、铁及宏量元素钙、镁的含量进行了测定分析。结果表明:糠尿病组血清中锌、铁明显低于对照组,血清中铜高于对照组,经t检验差别有显著意义(P<005或P<001)。而钙、镁两组无差异。Ⅰ型糖尿病患者血清中锌明显低于Ⅱ型糖尿病患者(P<001)。糖尿病患者血清中锌含量与血糖水平呈负相关,而铜则相反。本文研究结果提示糖尿病患者体内存在锌、铜、铁的代谢紊乱。及时检测糖尿病患者血清中微量元素的变化可能对该病情估计及治疗有一定意义。 The content of zinc,copper,iron,megnesium and calcium in serum of 84 diabetic patients and 50 controls was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The results showed the content of serum Zn and Fe in diabetic group was significantly lower than that in control group and serum Cu in diabetic group was higher.Serum Mg and Ca between the two groups were not significantly different.Serum Zn of IDDM was lower than that of NIDDM.There was a significantly negative correlation between serum Zn and glycemia and a positive correlation between serum Cu and glycemia in diabetic patients.It indicated that there was metabolism perturbation of zinc,copper and iron in diabetic patients and the measurement of the trace elements of serum may help to estimate severity and curation of the disease.
