摘要
火焰原子吸收法检测了瑞安市５５２例０～７岁儿童头发中锌、铁、铜、钙必需元素含量，并探讨了元素含量与年龄、性别的关系。结果显示：元素含量与性别差异无显著意义；锌、钙元素含量随着年龄增长有相似变化，新生儿发铁含量明显低于其他年龄组。提示，在不同年龄儿童之间头发中元素含量存在着一定差异。
The content of Zn,Fe,Cu,Ca in hair of 552 children at the age of 0～7 from Rui’an city was determined by AAS and the relations between the element content and age and sex were investigated.The results did not show any significant differences between children of different sexes.The content of Ca changed along with ages was similar to the change of Zn.The content of Fe in hair of new_born babies is evidently lower than that of children at the other ages.It indicates that there are some differences of trace elements between children of different ages.
