四川省部分猪场公猪精液带毒情况的PCR和RT-PCR检测

摘要
近几年来，猪瘟、蓝耳病、伪狂犬病仍然是危害我国养猪生产的主要病毒性传染病，特别是2010年四川部分地区发生的以高发病率和高死亡率为特点的“高热病”中，猪瘟病毒和蓝耳病病毒的检出率极高，猪乙型脑炎和细小病毒病也时有发生。而这几种病的病原不仅能水平传播，还能通过母猪胎盘和公猪精液垂直传播。
