全脑缺血再灌注大鼠血液内源性H_2S的动态变化 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究大鼠全脑缺血再灌注过程中,血浆中内源性硫化氢(H2S)的动态变化。方法12只SD大鼠采用断尾取血法取血0.3~0.4 ml。在每只大鼠正常时、凝闭6 h,I/R 6 h、I/R 12 h、I/R 24 h、I/R 48 h、I/R 72 h时7个时间点测定大鼠血液中H2S的含量。结果和正常组大鼠比较,凝闭6 h组I/R 6 h组血浆中H2S含量明显升高,有显著差异(P〈0.05);I/R 12 h组大鼠和正常组大鼠比较,血浆H2S含量无显著差异(P〉0.05);I/R 24 h组大鼠和正常组大鼠比较,血浆H2S含量明显降低,有显著差异(P〈0.01);I/R 48 h组和I/R 72 h组大鼠与正常组大鼠比较,血浆H2S含量明显升高,有极显著差异(P〈0.05)。结论内源性H2S在全脑缺血再灌注过程中呈动态变化,可能在缺血再灌注早期发挥作用。 Objective To study the dynamic changes of endogenous H2S in rats with global cerebral ischemia reperfusion. Methods 0.3~0.4 ml blood were taken from 12 SD rats by docking meths.H2S in blood of all rats were determined at 7 time points(normal,setting closed 6 hours,I/R 6 hours.I/R 12 hours,I/R 24 hours,I/R 48 hours and I/R 72 hours).Results H2S in blood was increased significantly at the point time of setting closed 6 hours,I/R 6 hours,I/R 48 hours and I/R 72 hours,but it had no significantly changes at I/R 12 hours.It was decreased significantly at the time point of I/R 24 hours,compared with that of normal group.Conclusion Endogenous H2S in rats with global cerebral ischemia reperfusion has a dynamic change.It may play a role at the early time of ischemia reperfusion.
