计算机辅助教学软件的研究与开发是面向２１世纪高等教育课程教学改革的一项重要内容。文章提出一个ＣＡＩ通用平台的设计思想，阐述了软件的系统结构、各模块的功能和实现技术，并给出了教学活动数据库的数据结构，概述了制作教学活动数据库的方法。该系统通用性强、操作方便、界面友好，并提供了良好的二次开发功能接口。

The research and development of Computer Aided Instruction (CAI) software is an important content of course reform of high education. In this paper, a CAI normal platform design is presented. The system structure of the software and the function and realizing technology of each module are analyzed. The data structure of teaching action database and the methods of getting this database are given. This system carries good popularity, convenient operation and friendly user face and twice exploration functional interface.
