摘要
以升华硫、氢氧化钠、叔丁基氯为原料,PEG-400为相转移催化剂,微波辐射下相转移催化合成标题化合物。用正交实验对反应条件进行优化,优化条件下的平均收率为90.91%;对产品进行了红外、核磁共振、气相分析,结果与标准相吻合。
Di-tert-butyl disulfide was synthesized from sulfur,sodium hydroxide and tert-butyl chloride using PEG-400 as the phase transfer catalyst(PTC) under microwave irradiation.The optimal experiment conditions were obtained by orthogonal design.The average product yield was 90.91%.The samples synthesized under optimal conditions were characterized by infrared spectrometry(IR),1H-nuclear magnetic resonance(1HNMR) spectroscopy,and gas chromatography.The results were in agreement with the standard test results.
