民用客机旅客登机门铰链臂结构设计研究 被引量:1

摘要 登机门的重量通过铰链臂传递给门框结构。由于铰链臂通常安装在门一侧,使得登机门重心总是远离铰链臂,在登机门开关过程中,铰链臂需承受较大的附加弯矩和扭矩。过大的铰链臂变形将会引起门与门框间的磕碰或过大的摩擦,从而降低门的可操作性。设计铰链臂时,不仅要考虑强度和刚度问题,同时必须综合考虑结构选材、重量、制造工艺及成本。合理的铰链臂设计,可大大提高登机门的使用性能。 The weight of the door is transferred to the doorframe by the hinge. The gravity center of the door is always far from the hinge because that the hinge is installed only at one side of the door,therefore,the hinge will endure biggish accessional bending and torsion moments. However,excessive deformation of the hinge will result in the impact or big friction between the door and the door frame,which also reduces the operability of the door. We should consider both the strength and stiffness of the door during the design of the hinge. In addition,we should also consider synthetically the structure material,structure weight,manufacturer process and cost. A logical hinge design can improve the performance of the passenger door by a long way.
