Chinese civil aircraft industry could not be developed without excellent staffs,and middle-level cadres are the backbone of them.During daily management of the enterprise,middle-level cadres are both performers and decision makers,so they must take a coordinnating and fundamental work,and are responsible for implementation of the erterprise strategies.The weakness or strength of the middle-level cadres to large extent shows the enterprise performance management level.Combining the writer＇s working experience,the article express her own opinion on the definition of execution,the enhuncement of middle-level cadres,the problems of execution,improvement of execution,ect.
