改革开放以来,高校思想政治教育的领导和管理工作不断适应高等教育改革发展的新形势,确立了"育人为本,德育为先"的工作理念;形成了政策与法规相结合的制度保障机制;完善了党委领导下党政工团学组织齐抓共管的工作运行模式;建立了专兼职相结合的专业化职业化工作队伍。有效保障了高校思想政治教育工作科学发展。

Since the implementation of reform and open policy,the leading and managerial work of college ideological and political education has been adapting itself to new situations of the innovation and development of college education,has established the work philosophy of ＂Cultivating Students Is Center;Moral Education Is of Primary Importance＂,formed a system guarantee mechanism with the combination of the policy and the law,improved the operating mode of co-administration under the leadership of the party committee,and built up working teams with the combination of specialization and professionalization,so as to ensure the scientific development of college ideological and political education.
