摘要
在分析板料成形过程中摩擦特性的基础上,概括和总结了板料成形数值模拟过程中的摩擦模型,提出了摩擦接触节点的控制面积方法,最后运用自主开发的三维板料成形数值模拟软件SHEET3D对不等深盒形件进行了数值模拟,考察了不同的摩擦因子对成形的影响.
In this paper,friction models in FE simulation are summarized based on the analysis for friction problem in sheet metal forming.Then the method of control areas in contact nodes are provided.At last,a numerical example using software SHEET3D developed by authors is given.
