摘要
运用文献资料法、实验法、比较分析等研究方法,对12名排球专项一级和二级运动员进行肩关节振动力量训练。结果表明:在刺激频率为30—35Hz,加速度为25—30 m/s的训练条件下,经过8周的振动力量训练,Ⅰ组肩关节屈伸肌群力量增长幅度比Ⅱ组要大,前四周伸肌群的力量增长幅度高于屈肌群,而后四周肩关节屈肌群的最大功增长幅度要高于伸肌;振动力量训练对发展肩关节速度力量的效果要优于最大力量;Ⅰ组的总功增长幅度要高于Ⅱ组,其中前四周伸肌群的总功增长幅度普遍高于屈肌,而后四周屈肌群的总功增长幅度高于伸肌;振动力量训练可够以较小的负荷刺激达到提高最大力量和速度力量的目的,尤其是对发展速度力量具有更为显著的效果。
Literature review,experiment and comparative analysis are employed in this paper to conduct the vibration strength training among 12 volleyball players of first or second professional level.Results show that on the training condition of 30-35Hz stimulation frequency and 25-30m/s acceleration and after eight-week vibration strength training,the shoulder flexor and extensor strength of group I grow faster than those of group II;the shoulder extensor strength witnesses more growth than flexor growth in the first four weeks,while the maximum work to body weight of the shoulder flexor is higher than that of extensor in the last four weeks;the vibration strength training has better effects on shoulder speed strength than maximum strength,the total work to body weight in group II is generally greater than that of group II,with the total work to body weight of the shoulder extensor generally greater than that of flexor in the first four weeks and the total work to body weight of the shoulder flexor greater than that of extensor in the last four weeks.Vibration strength training can improve maximum strength and speed strength with relatively small load stimulation and it has marked effects on developing speed strength.
