装载量对切花真空预冷温度和瓶插寿命的影响 被引量:2

摘要 对1、10、50和120支月季切花进行真空预冷处理,主要研究装载量对切花不同部位温度变化的影响。结果表明,单支花的预冷时间最短,预冷曲线和其它处理有明显差异。不同装载量条件下切花的预冷终温差异显著。对10、50、120支处理,外层部位(外层叶子、外层茎杆、外层花朵花瓣)的预冷终温均高于内层部位(内层叶子、内层茎杆、内层花朵花瓣)。内层花朵花瓣的预冷终温最低,降温速率最快。50支切花预冷处理后质量最好。实验结果对鲜切花真空预冷尤其是预冷参数的选择有重要价值。 The vacuum pretreatment of cut roses with the loadage of one, 10, 50 and 120 was conducted respectively to explore the effect of loadage on the temperature changes of different parts of the cut roses.The results show that the temperature curves of the single bloom were significantly different from those of blooms with the other loadages and the cooling time was shortest.The different loadages resulted in different final temperatures.For 10, 50 and 120 cut roses, the final temperatures of the outer parts were higher than those of the inner parts of the cut roses.The final temperature of the petal of the inner bloom was lowest, and the temperature reduction rate was greatest.In addition, the quality of the 50 cut roses was the best after the vacuum pretreatment.These findings may be important to the vacuum pretreatment of cut blooms including the choice of pretreatment parameters.
