摘要
叙述了真空度监测仪的结构原理、应用前景，建立了一套有针对性的真空度校准系统，给出了实测的校准曲线，表明真空开关管真空度与放电电流有一一对应关系，最后分析了实验结果。
A description is given of the structure principle on which the vacuum degree monitoring instrument operates, and of its applying prospect. The paper establishes a complete set of the vacuum degree calibration system directing against some points, and also proposes the calibration curves after actual measurements, which indicates that the vacuum degree of the vacuum switch responds to the current of the electric discharge. At last an analysis is made of the tested results.
