摘要
本文就作者赴四川灾区援建所察和对玉树地震救灾的调查,引起联想,谈了抗震设防目标修订、标准提高的设想及理由,论述了抗震设防的理念、发展方向、遵循原则以及工程建设中应注意的事项,对工程建设颇有警示意义。
In this paper, based on an investigation of the ruined buildings in Sichuan and Yushu earthquake areas, the authors have taken into consideration the revision of aseismicity goal buildings. The concerning theories, standards governing the rules of aseismicity buildings have been discussed. It may be helpful for construction buildings in the future anti-seismic designs.
