摘要
共青团干部是党的干部队伍中的一个特殊群体,他们具有年纪轻、学历高、政治敏锐性强、工作热情足、活动舞台大、成长速度快的独特优势,同时存在着理论水平不高、实践锻炼缺乏、工作作风欠实、思想容易浮躁等不足。在共青团干部的成长进步过程中,加强学习、提高素质是基础,加强党性修养、坚定理想信念是核心,投身实践锻炼、努力增长才干是根本,从严要求自己、自觉接受监督是保证,公平的竞争环境、科学的选任机制是关键。
Communist league cadres proves a special group of the Party's cadre team,with the unique superiority of young age,high diploma,powerful political sensitivity,adequate enthusiasm,grand active and instant development yet accompanied the inadequacies of inferiorities in political levels,practical training,working style and flippancy.In the development process of youth league cadres,it proved critical to enhance learning and improving qualities,enforce the Party's awareness and accomplishment in consolidating belief and confidence,throwing off in practical training and endeavors to improve competency with strictness in supervisory to promote in the fair competency circumstances and scientific appointment mechanism.
