摘要
提出了一个重要假设:充填密度与成形压及其历程的关系式,建立了二流体二压力混相流模型,用直接差分法解析了负压造型时芯砂的移动与密度分布。通过理论与实验结果的比较,考察了模型的妥当性、解析方法的可行性以及芯砂的充填机制。可用直接差分法正确解出二流体二压力混相流模型来预测负压造型中砂芯的充填密度及其分布。
The paper hypothesizes the relations between the density and powder pressure of sand core,builds a model of 2-fluid and 2-pressure,simulates the packing of sand and packed density distribution by DFDM method,analyzes suitability of molding,researches methanism o f sand packing.It is found that it is possible to predict sand packing and the density distribution by compare the theoretical results with the results of experiment in the vacuum suction molding process.
