超疏水织物表面的研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 超疏水织物具有防水、防污、自清洁等优良特性,是目前功能纺织品研究的热点之一.其中超疏水织物表面的制备方法是研究的关键,介绍了研究疏水性表面的基本理论,综述了近期超疏水织物表面的制备方法(包括溶胶-凝胶法、湿化学方法、聚合物成膜法),展望了该领域的发展方向:如何经济有效地得到微米-纳米二元阶层结构表面是研究者主要关心的问题. Superhydrophobic fabric has good water-repellent,soil-repellent and self-cleaning properties,which is one of the hotspot researches of functional textiles.The key point of the study was the preparation of superhydrophobic fabric surface.The basic theory of hydrophobic surface was introduced.The recent ways to produce surperhydrophobic surface(including sol-gel method,wet chemical method,polymer film-forming meth-od) were reviewed.The development in this field was prospected: how to obtain surface with micron-nano binary class structure was the main concerned problem of researchers.
