摘要
以八甲基环四硅氧烷、N-环己基-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、N-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷等为原料,经单体聚合反应先得到氨基硅中间体(AS-67),再与环氧聚醚开环反应制备一种氨基聚醚有机硅表面活性剂(SPEAS-67).结果表明:该表面活性剂cmc=2×10-4 mol/L,γcmc=28.2 mN/m;与阴、阳离子助剂等配伍使用,无漂油分层现象;对柴油的增溶力达56.66%,对八甲基环四硅氧烷的增溶力达72.28%;与非离子表面活性剂配伍,质量比为1∶1时,体系浊点消失;其水溶液在玻璃表面接触角经60 s由58.50°减小为39.50°.
Amino/polyether group containing polysiloxane(SPEAS-67) was synthesized through ring opening reaction by epoxy polyether and amino silicon intermediate(AS-67),which was synthesized using octamethylcy-clotetrasiloxane,N-cyclohexyl-γ-aminopropyl methyl dimethoxy silane and N-γ-aminoethyl-γ-aminopropyl methyl dimethoxy silane as raw materials.The results showed that the surfactant critical micelle concentration was 2×10-4 mol/L,γcmc=28.2 mN/m.SPEAS-67 and anion and cation additives etc could be combined with the use of drift-free oil layer.SPEAS-67 aqueous solubilization capacity of gasoline and octamethylcy-clotetrasilox-ane was up to 56.66% and 72.28%,respectively.When it combined with non-ionic surfactant and the quality ratio was 1∶1,the cloud point of the system disappeared.The contact angle of SPEAS-67 aqueous solution on the glass surface decreased from 58.50° to 39.50° after 60 s.
