改性壳聚糖对分散染料和分散剂絮凝性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵对壳聚糖进行改性,研究了改性产物(HACC)对分散染料、分散剂等的絮凝性能.结果表明:HACC对分散染料具有较好的脱色作用(脱色率≥97%),HACC的规格(脱乙酰度和取代度)对絮凝作用影响不大,但对分散剂的去除率随其用量的变化具有最大值. HACC was the modification product of chitosan using 2,3-epoxy propyl trimethyl ammonium chloride.The flocculation properties of HACC on disperse dye and dispersant were investigated.The results showed that HACC had good discoloration effect on disperse dye(the discoloration rate ≥97%).The influence of HACC specification(deacetylation degree and degree of substitution) had little effect on the flocculation.The removal rate of HACC to dispersant had the maximum value with the change of HACC dosage.
