摘要
反腐倡廉制度建设是反腐倡廉建设的重点。提高反腐倡廉建设科学化水平,关键是要提高反腐倡廉制度建设的科学化水平。解决当前反腐倡廉制度建设存在的问题,可以设定反腐倡廉制度建设的评测指标体系,从制度有效性的角度提高其科学化水平。
Systems＇construction is the key point in the construction about Anti-corruption and Advocating-integrity.In order to promote the scientization level of the construction about Anti-corruption and Advocating-integrity,it is the crux to heighten the systems＇scientization level.There are some methods to get it： firstly analyse the problems at present,secondly presume the norms of testing system,thirdly enhance the scientization level from the view of institution effectiveness.
