摘要
利用高温熔滴炉模拟高炉软熔带、滴落带,研究了未燃煤粉(UPC)对高炉冶炼钒钛磁铁矿过程中钛渣的形成和滴落过程的影响。研究表明随着料层中UPC量的增加,含钛炉渣滴落量增加,对于普通炉渣得到相反的结论。
A series of fundamental experiments are carried out to clarify UPC on the effect of taking shape and dropping of slag of BF at PANZHIHUA I & S CO. by using high temperature. oven simulation cohesive zone and dropping zone of blast furnace. The following results are obtained: The dropping quantity of the Titanium bearing Slag increases with UPC increasing. It is conclusion opposite to that of commonly blast furnace slag.
